Drawout Modules

• Minimum size of drawout module is 225mm.
• Others from 300mm on words upto 1200mm in multiples of 100mm
• Once main module switch is in 'off' position,module door can be opened and trolley can be racked in or out.
• Trolleys are fitted on unique telescopic rails for smooth movements.
• Trolleys provided with drawout power contacts and sliding control contacts.
• Four distincts positions (i)service (ii)test (iii)isolated (iv)maintenance.
• Minimum power contacts of 125Amps.
• Trolleys can be removed from maintenance position by loosening wing nuts stopper.
• Modules above 600 mm are provided with two sets of guide rails and roller arrangement.


• Final plugging in and disconnection by Rack & pinion Mechanism to avoid banging of busbars.


• When trolleys are removed Safety Stutters will automatically shroud the live busbars.


• Controlling & indicating equipment line push buttons,lamps,ammeter, selector switches, etc are mounted on a swivel plate in front of the trolley.


• Module trolley are provided with door interlock for module main switch and gasketed cutout for swivel plate.


• Scraping earth (CPRO tested system) is provided, which makes before and breaks after main contacts.
• Drawout contacts individual mounting type TP/TP&N
• Each trolley is provided with plate tucked under the trolley for covering cutout of door when module trolley is removed from the MCC.
• No wiring at all on module doors.
