Pre-treatment & painting-
- Seven tank pre-treatment process
includes degreasing,derusting,phosphatising and
passivation.
- Two coats of primer by electrostatic process with oven baking.
- Two coats of final paint in shades as per IS or to
client specification.
- Epoxy based primer & final paints on request.
Assembly-
- As per approved drawings.
- Components selected from approved list as per specifications.
Wireways-
- Ample dimensioned wireways of 250mm for ease of maintenance.
- Cable entries from top and bottom.
- Cable clamping arrangements provided.
- Shrouds for falling tools and live terminals provided.
Wiring-
- lnternal wiring with 660V/11OOV grade, PVC coated copper conductors.
- Crimping lugs are used for standard copper conductors.
- Wires are provided with ferrules at both ends for indentification.
- Suitable termination arrangements are provided.
- Control wiring by 2.5/1.5mm stranded copper conductors.
