  • Pre-treatment & painting-

  • Seven tank pre-treatment process includes degreasing,derusting,phosphatising and passivation.
  • Two coats of primer by electrostatic process with oven baking.
  • Two coats of final paint in shades as per IS or to client specification.
  • Epoxy based primer & final paints on request.
  • Assembly-

  • As per approved drawings.
  • Components selected from approved list as per specifications.
  • Wireways-

  • Ample dimensioned wireways of 250mm for ease of maintenance.
  • Cable entries from top and bottom.
  • Cable clamping arrangements provided.
  • Shrouds for falling tools and live terminals provided.
  • Wiring-

  • lnternal wiring with 660V/11OOV grade, PVC coated copper conductors.
  • Crimping lugs are used for standard copper conductors.
  • Wires are provided with ferrules at both ends for indentification.
  • Suitable termination arrangements are provided.
  • Control wiring by 2.5/1.5mm stranded copper conductors.
